Puede mejorar su productividad organizándose. Gestionar bien su tiempo significa que puede tener más tiempo para las actividades que disfruta, sin preocuparse por la próxima fecha límite. Toma tiempo hacer que el tiempo funcione. Si realmente quiere hacer la diferencia en su vida, debe estar preparado para realizar algunos cambios. Para cambiar, es necesario que implemente lo que aprendió, y luego cosechar las recompensas.

 

En este curso tendrá la oportunidad de pensar en los beneficios a largo plazo de administrar bien su tiempo, creando una lista de tareas que le gustaría realizar. Le guiaremos para que explore sus estrategias de gestión del tiempo. 

 

En la sesión, revisaremos las técnicas y rutinas de planificación, y cómo hacer que funcionen. Discutiremos cómo hacer las tareas; cómo ser BOLD (tener equilibrio, organizar nuestro tiempo, dejar ir las cosas y aprender a delegar), y cómo NO procrastinar (aplazar o postergar). Otro aspecto que atenderemos es cómo organizar el área de trabajo y administrar la carga de trabajo.

  • Use a broadband connection (256 Kbit/sec or faster—this will ensure that you can view videos and online presentations) through USB wireless modem, ADSL, T1/T2, fibre optic or cable.

  • Dial-up access will be significantly slower, and we do not recommend it for using our system.

Internet browsers

    Compatible browsers include:

  • Google Chrome 32 bit version 50 or later (recommended for optimal compatibility, this has been thoroughly tested on Windows)

    Safari 10 or later (recommended for optimal compatibility, this has been thoroughly tested on Mac)

    Note that add-ons and toolbars can affect any browser's performance.

Settings
